We harvest our honey by gently brushing the bees from the frames. The comb is uncapped
and the honey is extracted by hand. Our honey is strained, never filtered or heated. For
this reason the honey retains all of its natural goodness. You are able to taste the difference.

make arrangements for you to pick up our honey locally. Otherwise, we will be happy to
